Composer & Sound Designer, Alice in Wonderland
Matthew Webb is currently music director of music theatre at Baldwin Wallace University. He is also resident music director for Great Lakes Theater, Idaho Shakespeare Festival and Lake Tahoe Shakespeare Festival, where he has also worked as sound designer, composer and performer.
Other theatres: Sound designer, Macbeth, Julius Caesar and Much Ado about Nothing, and music director for Mamma Mia!, The Fantasticks, Sweeney Todd, Cabaret, The Two Gentlemen of Verona, Bat Boy, The Mystery of Edwin Drood (Idaho Shakespeare Festival); music director for Forever Plaid, Guys and Dolls and Sondheim on Sondheim (Great Lakes Theater); productions at Playhouse Square, New World Stages, the Irish Repertory Theatre, the Milwaukee Repertory Theater, Ars Nova, Village Theatre, American Folklore Theatre, Kansas City Starlight Theatre and Tokyu Theatre Orb in Tokyo, Japan. Webb has assisted in the creation of new musical theatre projects at NYU, Musical Theatre Factory and The National Alliance for Musical Theatre, and was previously the music supervisor for the corporate entertainment group The Water Coolers.
